This ultra-luxurious apartment is in the most luxurious building in Puebla. It is just a short 12-minute Uber ride to the Angelópolis Center shopping mall and Solesta Shopping Mall. It is 20 minutes to the historic center of Puebla.

It is spacious with 3,000. sq. feet (275 sq. meters) of both indoor and outdoor space including an incredible balcony with a breathtaking view of the city as well as La Vista Country Club golf course. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight due to its location on one of the highest floors of the building.

You have extreme privacy as my apartment occupies almost the entire floor. There is only one other apartment on this floor.

The apartment is in a brand-new modern tower (completed in September 2022). The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security and doorman, 3 modern elevators, a pool, jacuzzi, and co-working office space in the lobby level. There are 3 private covered parking spots in the garage right near the elevator.

For an additional fee, you can book a private BBQ area to grill out (a small additional fee required) or book a private conference room in the co-working area (reservation required).
